A practice

The Kundalini Yoga classes we teach are in direct lineage with the traditional teaching of Yogi Bhajan,

They respect in this the millennial Tantric Mahan inheritage.

Kundalini Yoga classes vary almost infinitely while maintaining a unified structure:

  1. Kriya – 38 minutes (series of yoga postures, breathwork, etc…),
  2. – Savasana – 11 minutes (relaxations lying on the back – Savasana)
  3. Dhyana – 11 minutes  (static or dynamic Kundalini meditation).

1-KRIYA - THE SERIES

The whole design of the tantric support is to help you “where you are” on your way to “where you want to go”. In this, the tantric approach is a humanistic person centered support.

 

Kundalini yoga is suitable for all practitioners, regardless of their physical/mental/emotional abilities and ages.

2-SAVASANA - THE RELAXATION

The final relaxation is practiced lying on the back, the arms along the body, palms towards the sky.
It allows to create a space of integration of the whole Kriya in its most subtle effects and prepares for meditation.

3-DHYANA - MEDITATION

The meditations of Kundalini Yoga are as varied as the Kriyas are,they can be static or dynamic and bring together in their Asanas: Pranayamas, Mudras, Drishtis, Bandhas.
A stable and serene state of Meditation is the true goal of Kundalini Yoga.

During the class, an inner experience

The classe is practiced in silence, in a listening and a receptive way. The focus is on what occurs, in the moment, inside oneself. 

The eyes are closed, except for specific postures. The class is guided in such a way that it is possible to practice by simply following the vocal instructions.

A Kundalini yoga class is an inner experience, in which the Yogini refocuses, makes contact with what is happening within him/her and thereby frees himself from the tensions and illusions that inhabit him/her

The postures and the breathing allow to live new experiences during which the body / mind takes “a new attitude” in which it perceives a resource that it captures, experiments and integrates little by little to its experience of the everyday life .

The “Yoga Therapy” dimension of Kundalini Yoga asserts itself in its practice, without the need for other supports such as speech therapy or other personal development frameworks.
